Beautiful house in a beautiful location. I stayed in one of the three guestrooms attached to the main house. The decor was delightful, clean and stylish with a fully stocked (toiletries, hairdryer etc.) clean and functional bathroom. Great couple that own the property, who cooked and served me a full English breakfast on the terrace table outside with wonderful views of the hills. Only a short trip out of York Town. I highly recommend Hope Farm for your stay in York.

Wow. This guesthouse is so unique in WA. It surprised me how quick the drive was from Perth! The space itself was exceptional with country views, many different animals to appreciate, a vineyard to have a picnic in, it's just breathtaking. Waking up in the sunlight and perfect quiet was incredible too - best bed I have slept in. Breakfast was amazing and so abundant. Can't recommend the place enough. If you're a couple wanting a 2 night get away in a quaint town and luxury guesthouse 1.5 hours from Perth - don't look any further! Thanks Jo & Mile for your incredible hospitality.
