  We had split system units installed in 2 bedrooms & are very happy with the outcome. Vick provided a quality product and professional service at a very competitive price. We can recommend Hitech air solutions to anyone seeking heating and/or cooling solutions
  
  Amended my initial review after Vick was unable/unwilling to rectify an ongoing noise issue with the condensate pump in our bedroom unit. The manufacturer, Mitsubishi Heavy Australia deemed it an installer issue & would not correct the problem under warranty. The Company did, however, refer me to a refrigeration contractor who identified the problem as vibration from the flotation device inside the cheap pump supplied with the unit. The contractor replaced the pump with a quiet-running model that resolved the problem. The extra outlay of $450 was worthwhile to be able to enjoy sleeping without the sound of vibration occurring every 2 to 10 minutes less than 2 metres above the head of our bed.

  Called numerous other AC repair businesses and was told there was a 2 week wait. Found Nirmal about halfway down the list of businesses and was told he would be at my house in 2 hours. Fixed my problem quickly and professionally for a very reasonable price. Will be storing his information in my phone for the next time my AC has problems and I strongly recommend you do the same. Thanks Nirmal!!
