Paul showed up on time late on a Friday afternoon with the rain bucketing down and proceeded to provide as much assistance as he could and provided info as to how to proceed. Excellent piece of work. Would recommend.

Jake, Nathan and Liam did a brilliant job of repairs on a commercial sewer line, very professional, on time, great communication and easy to deal with, highly recommended, I will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Probably THE worst experience I have had with a plumber, from the work done which was lazy and careless at my house to customer service when talking to the office. It was one of the worst situations I’ve had with a trade ! And by the way… they still didn’t fix it. Will never use again and stay right away

The service provided by drains kleen was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their was to help us out.

I had a low pressure water issue at my residence so called DrainsKleen to get some advice and for some one to fix the problem . I called on the Thursday but all plumbers were fully booked which was fine but Kirsty had arranged for first thing on the Monday morning.
Just after 8am Monday morning I received a call from the plumber to say they were 20 minutes away which they were and proceeded to access the issue and was all fixed ASAP and perfect water supply again thanks to the enthusiastic plumber.response / report this review
