A hidden gem. From the outside it looks like a warehouse with no windows but inside it is a light and spacious coffee shop. Great coffee, cakes and a good selection of food on the menu. There is a play area for children’s and plenty of magazines and newspapers to keep you occupied. A great lunch or breakfast spot.

Beef and onion meat pie, bacon and egg roll, and raspberry white chocolate muffin are Divine. Pie has big meat chunks and even some potatoes. So yummy. Dough nice and flakey. Coffee strong but delicious.

Excellent coffee - best in the west. The boys are passionate about their coffee. You can taste it in every cup. Comfy cosy cafe, Apollo Bay is lucky to have them. Make the trip out there to say hello, you won't be disappointed.

I had looked forward to the coffee that reviews raved about being the best in Apollo Bay and even considered buying the beans home, but was disappointed. Not sure what other coffees are like in the area but my daily blend flat white arrived too hot and sourish. There was a chocolate after taste, but I didn't enjoy that cup at all. The sister's single origin cappuccino was no better. Suspect they burnt the milk - both cups were too hot.

Food - the omelette was thin, black and average; beef and onion pie was fragrant (flakey crumbly pastry) and pretty good with the chunky tomato sauce that came with it.

The place had a nice vibe , but wished that the coffee were as good as reviews said it was.

Amazing food and coffee. The staff are absolutely wonderful and its a pleasure coming to Hello Coffee and feel so welcomed. I go to many cafes , however Hello Coffee is simply the best cafe for great friendly/ warmly welcome service , run by amazing lovely owners.. I loved the beautiful soup I had on Thursday and the lovely/ delicious omelet for breakfast on Friday . Most Highly recommended! As far as customer service the big high five. Looking forward to venturing out to Apollo Bay in October and stopping off at this amazing place..

Went here for coffee, Was not too sure what to expect from the location and outside appearance but was wonderfully surprised by the treasure i found inside. Coffee was well made and well priced. Best place to get coffee in Apollo Bay and surrounds. For ages i have been trying to find decent coffee in Apollo Bay and finally i have found it. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

A pleasant surprise in Apollo Bay. The coffee was great, I had mine from their cart at the foreshore. Their paper cups also have nice artwork.

Excellent space. Great people and service.
Food and coffee was super delicious. We had coffees, sweet potato salads, vegetable samosas, toasted sandwiches, potato wedges, house made doughnuts, plum and coconut muffin Everything was fresh and recently made. There was also a kid's corner which kept them entertained and allowed parents to have a relaxed conversation.
Highly recommended.

Atmosphere was awesome; we loved the laid back eco-friendly feel it provided. It was really nice to get away from the hustle and bustle for a moment. The food and service were incredible! Hello Coffee is a must, it was great start to our day! Cheers :)

Excellent coffee. Food menu is simple, great value and delicious. Don't be put off when you're entering the industrial estate.
