Great service from staff who know their products. Good range, reasonable prices.

They had my computer for over a week for product care. Was told it was ready, drove 2 hours to collect and then waited over 2 hours while they scrambled to complete the work and tried to blame absent staff for not completing. Thoroughly disappointed with the rubbish service.

The staff are no where to be seen. Returning faulty goods is a battle with rude staff. Don't even think about signing up for an Optus contract, you will be in store for hours.

Got sick of waiting to be attended to,had to ask for help and then had to wait for mgr to advise price on product.walked out in disgust. Usually very good but must have caught them on a bad day.

I always try to support this local business. I really do. But the staff always treat you like you're an idiot. I'm younger than most of you arrogant pricks. Chances are I know what I want and just want the best price. I await the arrival of Amazon in Australia because I've had a gut full of retail in Aus.

We recently moved from Melbourne to Cairns for work. We needed a computer for our son for school. After an online purchase went bad, the guys at Atherton we exceptionally helpful and made our purchase easy. I would highly recommend the store above the bigger city stores. Well done guys and keep up the good work.

I can't say the same about the Darwin store but I have had the best experience dealing with Adin Buchanan at the Atherton Store.
