During Crocodile Trophy race, a competitor suffered a cracked rim. Rob at Northern Bikes not only found the special rim in Cairns, but arranged for it to be freighted urgently to Mareeba then changed cassete and fitted tyre in Atherton. Also made other adjustments, all after-hours, enabling the competitor to continue the famous 8 day international race. Remarkable service undertaken with precision, passion and promptness. High recommended business.

I went in with my daughter to buy a bike and was ignored even though we were the only ones in the shop. After waiting ten minutes we walked out and drove down to cairns to buy one

Wow, talk about customer service!!!
While traveling around the country the ctd lever on my rear shock failed to operate.
I went to visit Northern Bikes to see what my options were. I'm so grateful for that decision!
I was greeted & served by Neville who went above & beyond to ensure I was back on my bike asap & had a cost effective solution in place.
By far one of my best-ever customer service & sales/service based interactions.
100% recommend seeing Neville or Oliver for your mtb needs if you are around the Tablelands. Sound advise, customer service & cost effective.
