I was introduced to Abstract Plumbing in a previous role that had used them for years. After taking over the property (300+ Units) I got 2nd opinions for most of the trades that were engaged and Abstract came out well on top of their game and continued to be engaged for the years to come.

I now run a couple of buildings in an alternative location and have gone back to Abstract due their professionalism and reliability and above all else, their attention to detail and investigative nature.

I've had some pretty complex issues in my time and have found Abstract to be incredibly diligent in ensuring things are done properly each and every time.

Sean has presented me with manufacturer installation instructions for specialist installs, warranty details for items years and years old and even put me in touch with Equipment reps of unusual equipment and pipeworks when required.

I've been around the block a little and it's interesting to see owners engage their own trades then come to me asking for something to be done again or reviewed.. Everytime, Abstract is there to help.

Some recent experience saw me asking Abstract to "pick up the pieces" after an alternative contractor was used and I am ever so grateful for the expertise offered, transparency provided and the advice presented yet again!
