Perfect location on the beachfront. We'll maintained pool and lawns. Nice BBQ area. Close to supermarkets, shops, water park, Laundry with several paid machines and cloths line facility. The cabins are compact but have all the essentials.

We have stayed here twice and will come again. Clean park and helpful staff. Lovely walk along waterfront and up to the town. Allow pets so has to be good.

I haven't been this poorly treated in as long as I can remember by the host of this caravan park. We arrived to the caravan park at 6:30 p.m. The park was supposedly open until 7 p.m. There were signs outside the driveway about check in time etc. There was a chain crossing the driveway and a sign stating that we were supposed to park there while checking in. So we walked up and pushed the intercom button, as per the instruction on the door. No answer on the first try. No answer on the second try. Then, a man showed up at the balcony above the office and told us, "We are closed." Without any greetings. I may say he sounded a little ticked off. I may also add that he was very condescending. I replied to tell him the obvious that it is not 7 p.m. and his signs stated that the park is open until 7 p.m. He repeated himself without any apologies but with an increased anger in his voice, "We are closed. Goodbye."

We were dumbfounded! How does he run the business? He appeared to have no intention of being polite or reasonable. I have never experienced worse service, or interactions with a stranger for that matter, than with this man (I would like to use a bit more colorful language here to express myself ). He has to be the worst person I have ever encountered! If I could give a negative rating, I would!

I rarely post reviews unless I have a very noteworthy experience. Let me tell you, I had one at the Harbour Lights Caravan Park. If I could give them negative stars, I would. In fact, this is the worst customer service I've ever receivedanywhere. We arrived at the office at 6:30 pm hoping to check in for the evening. The hours posted on the office door stated that checkin closed at 7:00 pm. We rang the bell as the note on the door instructed. The intercom system rang, and then went straight to an automated system that said the number was not in service. A few minutes later, a disheveled man walked out onto the balcony of the apartment above the office and grouchily barked, "We are closed!" We replied, "But the sign says you close at 7:00." He (even more angrily) replied, "We are closed. Goodbye!" and walked back into the apartment, leaving us standing there a little stunned. I'm not sure how a place with such horrible customer service stays in business, but my guess would be that it's due to the fact that there are few other options for those driving through town. We won't ever make the mistake of stopping there again!

We had a very nice and shady powered site with water hookup for one night.
In our case it was low season so it was quite the whole stay.
Enjoyed free unlimited WiFi for the duration and the facilities were clean.
Just four stars because I don't want to pay for the grill if it's part of the park and the kitchen.

The caravan park is clean and tidy. The Kitchen and pool area have a view to the ocean. Cheaper in off season.

We recently had a stay at Harbour Lights. We found the staff to be very helpful. The facilities are top class & the whole park is very clean. It is in a great spot, right opposite the yacht club & marina. It is also within walking distance to the town.
