Huge selection of products and brands, from homeware and furniture to electronics and stationery. And clothes. Lots of clothes. Heaps, in fact.

It's quite a large shopping centre, all on one level with air conditioning a food court, and a child-minding service. There's plenty of free parking underneath, including wheelchair parking with both lifts and escalators to transport you to the ground level.

Be prepared to walk quite a way, as it's spread over quite a large area and is somewhat labarynthine.

Good range of outlets especially the Lindt Chocolate shop. The fast food outlets were a bonus for lunch. A good range, will drive down again for a day trip next time.

Always enjoy shopping here, and would rate 5 stars if they had a little more helpful signage. I had trouble finding a map of the shops once I was in there, and when parking underground I walked my pram to the nearest escalator which said no prams, use lift provided, only there was no directions to where it was! Eventually found it in the middle of the carpark but I felt uninformed. The shops are all great though and the food court has plenty of good options, and parking is good. The centre is well maintained and clean. Go get some factory outlet bargains!

It's okay. I wish we could get a few better outlets and I wish it was more disabled friendly. Not enough lifts to the car park in areas further afield, so it makes it a long walk to some of those shops, which if you're mobility impaired makes it almost impossible.

I'm not sure what to make of here. It really is hit and miss. The space itself I find unfriendly - but that's not why you go here right? You go for cheap prices? Well I tend not to see that either? So I'm never quite sure why I went?! In the age of internet, where I can price check items on the spot I'm baffled. Some furniture can be interesting though - and probably the most fun reason to go here.

I am usually a fan of this outlet but had an unpleasant experience yesterdays at Lindt. There were no other customers when I got to the counter and two staff on duty. I pay waved but nothing happened so tried again. It turned out there was an error in the machine and it had to be rebooted. I then asked for a receipt and there was no roll in the machine. By this time I was feeling very uncomfortable and embarrassed as there was a queue behind me. An apology to me and an explanation to the people waiting would have been greatly appreciated. As it was I felt like the customers thought the problem was mine!!

This outlet centre has a load of stores, you could probably find anything you need here, including a store dedicated to American snacks, drinks and candy however the layout of the complex is confusing and does not have good signage. You would only find it easy to navigate if you had been here multiple times before.
The mini golf course in the back of the complex though is one of, if not the best I have ever played on and we really enjoyed it.
I'd definitely go here again but I'd dedicate more time to it so we had enough time to find what we needed before everything closes.

There are a number of value-for-money stores here. I like Trade Secret in particular, and parking is always easy. I prefer shopping here for clothes than in Civic, but, like most outlet centres, the availability of products can be hit and miss.

This is a big outlet centre which has been dealing with a lot of closures in the past. The last 6 months more new stores have come back though. Food court has improved and more coffee shops to choose from then about 2 yrs ago when it was limited. Best time to go is sale time of course and mid week.

The pricing/offerings here don't really match up with the expectation that's set by calling it an 'outlet' centre, but at least they changed the name from 'direct factory outlet' (it sure as hell wasn't that). Not sure about the new acronym though ('COC')

Despite that, there's a pretty good range of shops here and it's much easier to visit the JB in here than those that operate out of regular malls (parking is quite a bit easier to find - and free).

A few shops seem to operate on the model of bringing in all the stock they couldn't get rid of in their 'main' stores that make it difficult to merchandise the stock (out of season, only one or two sizes left - normally really large or small etc.). There does seem to be decent discounts run on these kind of items, but they don't sell in their other stores for a reason!
