Great sound, cinema projection and leather seats. Plenty of leg room. Remember your loyalty card for discounts.

Served by the beautiful Natasha last night who is a shining star to your brand, her patience and kindness shown to my adult son with special needs will keep us coming back time and time again. Looking forward to the renovations and the new recliners to complete the wonderful experience from start to finish. 5 stars to you Natasha!!!

Nice theatre, good location. Seats do not recline. Prices a bit steep; $11 for a matinee. No discount for movies during the less busy daytime, which is odd.

Your snack bar is ridiculously over priced for the over salted popcorn crumbs we always get and flat coke. Always changing prices and deals to make more money. Village cinemas are way more decent priced.

Easily the worst cinema experience I have ever had. We always book online before going to the cinema as I am disabled. Upon arrival at the cinema with our tickets, an exceptionally rude gentleman told us to go and stand in the 'priority queue' without further explanation. We didn't understand what he meant until he explained that the cinema doesn't have the facility to scan online bookings at the cinema entrance, and that explanation was equally rude. An apology for the inconvenience certainly would have been nice.

The priority queue was anything but. It was longer than the ticket queue, and the customers in the ticket queue had all been served before the first person in the priority queue was even called. It was as though, having our money already, they didn't really care about serving us quickly.

We went into the theatre and sat down, only to be informed by a member of the cleaning crew that we had to leave so that he could finish cleaning. On a bad day, I can't get anywhere quickly and this should have been apparent from me holding onto my partner to get into the theatre in the first place. I was feeling sicker by the minute and tried to rush out before I fell, but I ended up having to be half-carried.

I've rarely been so embarrassed. I was crying even when we were allowed back in. We had to leave through the emergency exit and come back in as the movie was starting. We got our money's worth in inconvenience and rudeness and we will certainly not be returning to a Hoyts.

Great looking place. Just tiny seats and not very big screens. Loud enough. Not quite worth the ticket price though. Excellent popcorn.

Cinemas smell these days and air conditioning does not work to well in summer. Movies do not stay on long enough to see. Films are getting pricey.

Seats are too small and dirty. Aircon doesn't even work. Definately not coming back here again.
