IMHO, Bankstown Central is one of the best non westfield shopping centre. This shopping centre is very large and offers all the basic necessities from groceries, clothing, food, and etc. The shopping centre has multiple separate buildings housing multiple big brands such as Woolworths, Coles, Big W, Target, McDonalds, KFC, Kmart, and many others. Our shopping experience was excellent, no need to worry about the time limit of your parking and plenty of parking spaces. Prices are cheap there and very close to Bankstown train station and bus stops.

A shopping centre with a difference. It is a large shoping complex, sprawled over three floors and connects with other stores located a short walk from the complex. It has a variety of shops on offer including jewellery shops for that special person, children's stores, Kmart, banks on the first floor and many speciality stores, including those that serve food, plenty of areas for relaxation. Great place to meet a friend, or enjoy a group outing. There is also an information kiosk, and lovely plant life to photograph.

There are so tuff parking area.
I parked proper M parking line near Woolworth entrance.
After shopping I found car damage in the car park.
I ask to investigate to security officer check CCTV.
They are not helpful and rude.
They just gave the answer to police " the angle is not proper"
You should check trolley carriers car. When you park hear, must install desh cam your self.
I have to solve my self and pay to insurances access fee as well.

This is a wonderful shopping mall. You can find all of groceries here in the cheapest rate. You can easily find many things. You can also have some food here and also nail extension beside the shopping mall. I love this shopping mall very much. I am also buying lots of important things here.

A very good place to shop every shop is there bankstown centrals been there for over 55 years now i remember as a teenage coming to the centre it was only new but it was so different to my place in wollogong

Very noisy and crowded, and is hard to get disabled parking regularly, but the premises are very clean and service from the staff in most shops is great, but there are a few shops in there that have young staff who are rude unless you're young like them, not to mention the music is that loud that you can hardly hear anything anyone might say to you. I like my music, and I like it loud. But not at work, especially in a business which is based on customer relations for sales, you do not want a rave or night club feeling when you are going to buy clothes etc. And what about the shops around them, they suffer the noise all day also. It's really a turn off shopping, if they'd just turn the RAVE or DANCE PARTY DOWN, then they might do better business, as well as teaching your staff that it doesn't matter how old the customers are, don't ignore or talk to them like there in the wrong shop. Just cause we're not in our late teens to early 30's, I hope they get the same treatment when they hit there late 40's and on.

Spread over 3 buildings with car crossings in the middle. Very multicultural with majority of middle east clients. Has most of the stores when compared to a Westfield mall. Ample parking but a bit complicated due to multi structures.

Spacious and modern shopping center in the heart of Bankstown. Shopping branded apparells is also a must for those label lovers, with a wide selection for not so pricey and affordable garments. A wise shop for those who are in budget with different selected stalls you can choose from food, cafes and groceries. Location wise is quite friendly as it is just near the Bankstown train station.

This place has a few good shops. Its very noisy and busy.. not good for someone with anxiety.

I have been approached by different men here whilst being on my own shopping. When im accompanied by friends no one bothers me.

It has a crunch fitness which is really good and various clothing shops. The standard of shops supplied are good. Its just the over all vibe which lets it down..

They put arrows on the stairs and so people can navigate them without the hassle of reading words.

This apparently didn't work, so the centre management decided to put footsteps leading all the way down and up, yet the locals here still seem incapable of following such simple suggestions.

Once you make it down the stairs the place is otherwise ok, making it back home through Bankstown without being involved in a multi car pile up or being run over walking to your car is also a challenge.

Heaps of parking and a good selection of stores. Usually a good place for a bargain and has heaps of nice food shops and cafes. The food court is really good but gets crowded. Heavy presence of security guards patrolling and is always kept clean. It's not a classy place but it's always crowded and feels like a nice family outing centre.

Great mall with so much choices. Only problem is the lack of proper signage which lead us to getting lost inside the shopping mall. Still could do with more food court areas and more parking and retailers. But I admit it's the best shopping centre for our Canterbury - Bankstown Region. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Extremely busy place, with ample parking space, but finding parking in the afternoon could be a problem as the mall gets full really fast. You can see considerable amount of people inside mall even when it opens at 9 AM. It is the biggest and busiest place in Bankstown area.
This mall will definitely satisfy your shopping hunger as you get almost everything here. Food is nice too. It's just be ready to walk extra. Could be crowded for some. However if you are in vicinity, it must be on your visit agenda.

This is our favourite place to shop and dine. Almost every weekend we're coming here to shop our groceries.There are many shops to choose with reasonable price. We always let our kids (1 year old and 4 year old) spend their times in the play area, but must be careful because the older kids (>5 years old) may also enter the play area although the rules only allow for 5 years old and below. The parking spaces are well provided. The bus stops are just outside the place. Overall, this place is well maintained and organised.
