I try to ring three times to confirm a session time (conflicting times with google) and no one answers. Very poor customer service.

It's a pity no one answers the phone at Hoyts Greensborough of an evening (tried between 6.15-6.45pm) - very disappointing.

Super comfortable leather recliner lounge seats, great service and decent prices. Never had a problem, and looks fantastic. Definitely a high class cinema for lower class prices

Great staff, but a kids circus, all movies made for 3d only played in 2d , could at least have 3d night once a week.had to travel far to see Valerian, and many other. Great chairs but compared to readings $10 tickets are they worth it, maybe in long movies. Readings for The Dark tower on 95 mins. Planet of Apes really needed recliners. When will hoyts put recliners in imax.

Can be a bit pricey but then again what cinemas aren't these days! Kids like coming here during the school holidays and dad is definitely a fan of the new recliner seats LOL! Cheers, Ozzy

Been here a few times.. people where pretty nice and bubbly. The seating looked like it wasn't cleaned but it wasn't horrible.

Love the new reclining chairs. Smaller theatres now so book ahead, and if going at night if can get really cold so dress appropriately. I even saw someone bring blanket and pillow!

Nice place if you don't mind the wait. The seat upgrade is good and has definitely made it worth going. On the other hand, it was almost half an hour past the time the movie was due to start that they were still playing commercials, movie shorts etc. It would do a few commercials. Fair enough. Then it would do a few movie shorts. That is also fine and I enjoy them. Just about when you think the movie is about to start, It would repeat the process. I think it did it three times. We were bored out of our brains by the time the movie started. Hoyts, if you are going to make people wait that long, please make that public.
