    Kelly has been doing my business returns & BAS for the past 2 years. She is very friendly and has provided me with a huge amount of great advice. I recommend her to everyone I know.

    Such a friendly and helpful bunch of staff, not only were they welcoming from the moment i walked in but the knowledge and tax advice was phenomenal. Will be back for sure

    We had our tax return done here last year and I was disappointed with how unhelpful and unfriendly the staff were. We have had our previous returns by H&R but in the city, there, they were a lot more helpful and friendlier. I would not go back to this one.

    I have dealt with this company for several years. I visited yesterday and had my small business taxes done. They saved my bacon, and I got a $3k refund. Wonderful people offering great accounting knowledge and skills. Very friendly and compassionate. I really can't see why there are negative comments here. Maybe rival businesses do this to generate more customers. Robert

    Although they have completed my previous tax return, I would never recommend H&R to a friend. They are certainly not client focused and bordering on rude.

    I went in for some advice as I saw the store when passing. The lady I saw was helpful. The same cannot be said of the faceless male supervisor sitting in a back office whose booming sarcastic voice was the response to a simple request. A polite "sorry we can't help you"would have sufficed, rather than the couldn't careless attitude I encountered. So no I am not stuck in 1992 and unable to navigate the internet as you seemed to imply. Your appalling attitude has lost a potential client and I will not hesitate to steer family and friends away from you business. Perhaps H & R Block should get the customer service training out of the nineties
