Good old customer service is provided. Being locally based for years in the area is convenient. Id recommend them to anyone.

  I have lodged my return for years at Goodall & Co and my refund is always on time and their service always very good. The fees are also reasonable and the staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend their services.

  terrible service, asked me for more money after i got audited because they didn't send copy of my receipts through to the ato and asked me to pay $140 again to do so , their excuse is we only do the tax claim and thats their end of the deal complete they said, i remeber paying for a tax refund so i was expecting the job wasn't completed till i had received my tax , will never use them again and will not recommend another customer . dont even want to give them a star
