  Great location not too far from the airport and on the way to the Swan Valley. Quality rooms and a friendly welcome.
  Walking distance to a couple of good pubs for food, as well as a few other restaurants.
  Whenever I visit Perth, and if I'm not working in the CBD, then this is my first choice for accommodation.

  I would highly recommend this place. It is family run, with warmth, friendliness, efficiency, and impressive attention to detail. It is quiet and comfortable, with a beautiful garden, and the location is great.

  Charming, friendly and helpful staff, really clean rooms and a plus is the fact that it is close to public transport especially the train which makes it easier to access many amenities at a mimimal cost.

  Airport hotels in Perth are all much of a muchness, but not so the Guildford River Retreat. I found this Perth Airport Hotel to be very clean, the rooms were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. If you need a Perth Airport Hotel, look no further than the Guildford River Retreat - 5 Stars all the way for this Perth Airport Hotel
