Tracey went above and beyond with her customer service when my Nana had an emergency with her garage door. Nana said it is the best customer service she has received and she would use GT garage motors in the future if necessary.

From the moment I spoke to Tracy to having our garage door fixed and functional again the service was superb. Tracy had a technician at our place within half an hour of our conversation. It was late in the afternoon but she managed to check for parts and have someone out within 30 minutes! The technician was amazing and the whole service just outstanding! Can not recommend enough.
