  Went in to get a couple keys cut for my house last week, after going back and forward a couple times to get them cut again, the keys would still not work. Was told by the staff I need to remove my lock and bring it in or have someone come out to fix my locks which i didnt appretiate.
  Decided to try another locksmith down the road and yep, the keys worked straight away and cost half the price

  We bought a gate lock from another company and ran into issues with it. I spoke with the company who told me I would need a locksmith to try and fix it or they could replace it with a new one ($600 odd)
  
  I emailed a few other companies to see if anyone could help.
  
  I came across Chris at Gronbek. He was amazing. He asked a few questions and worked out the issue and it’s now been resolved.

  We had a break in at our commercial property. Gronbek Security were able to come out to the property swiftly to offer a quote and advice on how to upgrade all of our security systems.
  
  They followed through with everything that they promised and now we have state of the art CCTV and have upgraded us to a swipe card access system. It really has given us peace of mind, I wish we had done it much sooner.

  Great price, great service! I checked all the other Locksmith prices in Perth and these guys have the best value for money. They were quick, professional and I even got a free key cut. Will definitely use these guys again.

  I needed a key for a filing cabinet. Called the office and spoke to Scott. Described the lock, was told it was no problem, visit the shop and it will be $7.50. Happily visited the Fremantle shop the next morning, but the gent behind the counter didn't recognise the cabinet brand and started looking for problems. Eventually cut a key and charged me $15. When I told him that Scott had quoted $7.50, I was told that "Scott is just an apprentice, so I'll sort him out".

  As always, fantastic service. Had a huge problem this time - left my keys 1000 km away. The shop counter staff were great in working with me to find a solution - how to prove I owned the house (this is superb security by this company!). The locksmith that came out (same day!) was great, helpful and very tidy. The after job care was fantastic. It is a wonderful high quality customer focussed locally owned and operated company. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

  I got locked out of my house on a public holiday a few weeks ago. The guy that came was nice and had my door open within 10 min. The call out fee was better than I expected for a public holiday so I was happy with the service. I got locked out again tonight and called. The person that took the call was not interested in my business. Quoted an inflated price and told me it was because it was the most expensive day/time. I told him I recently paid significantly less on a public holiday. His reply was I was welcome to call someone else. He also told me if I called back he was in Rockingham so I would have a wait.

  Lock myself out of the house at 5pm on a Friday night. I gave Gronbek Security & Master Locks a ring and within 30 minutes someone was here. They opened my front doors within minutes. Nice friendly service. Thanks guys
