I called Diamond a few months back when I locked my keys out of my Stirling home. A very experienced team member was at my door step in minutes. He was thorough, resourceful and methodical in following the businesses procedures. He found the most easy access point and was able to get a tricky & older lock lubricated and opened in 5 minutes. Highly recommend these guys.

I went there to replace the original Ford key that had broken. On the front desk is a sign that stated we reprogram you're key and cut a replacement,so what they did was hack open my Ford key bust open to the chip holder put the chip in some knock off cheap plastics,and when I asked him if I could have the old key back,it comes back destroyed,I said why didn't you just replace the metal part of the key?I would rather they explained that the original key had to be destroyed then give me the option carefully take out the metal componet and leave the decision is yours to make,we pay it's our property be staunch enough to let the customer know what you intend on doing and trying to hide it by not giving the key you broken back ,when you handed the spare key and the new one back . That's my review. No offence ,it it was done the way I asked the review would be different

I had an idea of how I wanted my gate lock to work and spend about 2 hours with Jordan working through my ideas to give me a quote on the work. I ended up going for a cheaper option that was a bit fiddly to get in to my gate. The workman did a great job. 6 months later the lock started to come lose and although out of warranty they came out and fixed it. Very happy! Thanks guys

Been asked to send photo of lock for a approximate price. Sent photo, got text to ask if I wanted one thing or the other,replied I did not mind and that was the end of it.

Had to get my locks changed quickly. They sent Clayton, a lovely young man that was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job and all locks work perfectly. would recommend this company highly.

I lost the key to my front door dead lock, a prompt call to my house resulted in all three locks (including security door) being changed to one key only instead of using 3 separate keys. Very polite, responsive and professional.

I am taking services from Diamond Lock & security from last one year. The recent experience with them was highly satisfactory. Actually, a burglary incident occurred at our place, in which we faced a huge financial loss.
