The service was excellent. I sat waiting and watch more and more people coming in with phone issues. They we given the type of service you would get from good friends. Nothing was took much trouble, they explained to each customer how they were going to retify there issues.
They made each customer feel special.

Took in my iPhone X to GR Phones. Everything else was working fine except for the battery that had a capacity reduction to 83% over the years. After the battery replacement the screen was found to be faulty and this was replaced at their cost so I was only billed for the battery replacement. So this shows the integrity and honesty of the business which is very important these days. Very happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

I also took in my ipad Mini 2 with a cracked screen for a screen replacement and it is perfect.

I went to Gr phones Sefton plaza to get my iPhone 7+ Repaired, the workers where Friendly and fixed my phone for a great price. They where very quick when it came to fixing it, 30 minutes was the wait time. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and
I recommend it to others. It’s good Quality for a cheap price, things like that is hard to find these days. :)
