From first contact through to drop off and pick up, my experience with this organisation was first rate. Communication was great. Sheridan listened to and confirmed what it was I required and I was able to speak to the technician who confirmed the same. I was contacted when my vehicle was ready to pick up and although the team looked extremely busy - both in the office and out in the workshop - AND there were a few of us customers waiting for service - someone was always at the counter tending to us or letting us know what was happening. When I can see staff are making a real effort to serve customers, it makes a HUGE difference and I don't mind waiting at all. Great service, work undertaken in line with my requirements - and REALLY good value to boot. Speaking of value - it's not the cost or savings I look at from a value perspective. It's the communication, service, timeframe and quality of work alongside the figure on the invoice. I honestly expected to pay more. Thanks so much!

I had a flat tire on the road with my children.
I called the Mercedes service right away and I had to wait more than six hours. During that time, Benz repeated the same thing. 'Oh, my God.' 'I'll send it soon.'
My younger brother came from far away and called GCCEM. They handled it too kindly and quickly. They also shared the service situation and handled it neatly. It was a better service than Benz in this situation.

Took my 2014 Toyota Hiace in for a service and Mongoose MK80II Alarm Installation. All done on short notice and under a day downtime. Even gave a discount for purchasing two services and offered courtesy car if required. Very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism.
