This is always a well kept tidy centre, with plenty of parking. Staff regularly seen cleaning toilets etc. Though it would be nice if the centre knew what was in their hand soaps, as I have a severe allergy, which can be found in soaps, when messaged about this, I was told that they use several different cleaning companies for the bathrooms, and were unable, unwilling and uninterested about the fact that I had mentioned this to them, and have had to continue to take my own liquid hand wash to use, as they are not to keep some customers safe.i understand that it is hard to manage all allergies, but when something so simple was asked what was in the liquid hand soap they didn't seam to care about wanting to get that information for me.

Wonderful ambience, very opulent but welcoming. It was hard to find staff for help with ticketing though. Also no headphones for the theatre. This makes it difficult for theatres where hearing aids don't work. As this is the only theatre on the Gold Coast that doesn't provide headphones in all cinemas, it needs to catch up to the other venues. But lots of other good features!

This is a lovely mall. Just big enough with a great outdoor play area with water features for kids. Lots of dining choices as well as a good selection of stores. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Coomera train station is close by.

Nice, clean and spacious centre.
Needs more shops though, feels like stage 1 is a cut down version of a real shopping centre.
It has a good selection of restaurants available. Games centres and parks for kids and the cinema is huge.response / report this review -
