I am disgusted with the service of Gladstone Park TAB after my mother went in there this morning and asked them for assistance placing a bet. My mother ensured she went early this morning as considering today is Melbourne Cup she knew it would get busy. They pushed her aside rudely and brushed her off making her wait 20 minutes to still offer no assistance. After this my mother went to Broadmeadows TAB and they were more than happy to help.

I am a traveler who travels a lot over Australia but first time I'm really disappointed where there is no hairdryer services in ur hotel/motel. This is very ridiculous that they don't provide such service, in this cold weather just imagine ur here for 6 nights with a waist long thick hair after getting shower and than u realise there is no hair dryer OMG!!! At least ONE HAIRDRYER in reception would help the entire people who need it VERY SHAME !!! such a bad trip for me !!!

Entrance said 'please wait here to be seated' and despite waiting over 1min we had to find our own seat. Too much verbal upsell, especially with drinks. Food was good overall.

Hotel is good for the price. Restaurant has very good food with average service. We were really surprised how good the food was and a large amount too

We went there for a drink after going out to the pictures.We were told to leave for laughing too much.The manager was very rude.I have been there before when there has been louder noise from workers in and out of smokers room and nothing done.No wonder people are going to skyways in droves.Thats were we will be heading in the future.I didn't think laughing was a crime as much as fighting or arguing.Very disappointed as there was 8 of us and we are all over 50. 24/2/17.
We have never had a problem before.
