I highly recommend this store! Few days ago i broke my glasses and was looking for reliable store to repair my glasses and purchase a 2nd pair for backup going forward. However it was very difficult to find the store that can turn it around in a day!

I entered this store 5:20pm, 10 minutes before close time and Kerry the manager of the store stayed back after close time to help me out to choose new pair of glasses and offer best solution for repair. Even in the next morning she was willing to come in 8:30am, 30 minutes before shop opening time as i needed my glasses to start work.

You don’t get customer service like that any where! Again i thank Kerry for amazing job done and would definately go back again!

Outstanding service, great team and a well presented store makes this place the best spot for Glasses and sunglasses. Kerry was very helpful, she is a really beautiful geniune personality too.

I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to have such a understanding professional staff member deal with my glasses selection lenses selection and explain everything clearly to me in my working class language.
Lauren went above and beyond and I would highly recommended this business to everyone and anyone.
Great service and will definitely use them again next year.

Dr. Mandy goes above & beyond.
I forgot the name of the other lady (21/09/22 3:30PM) but also very friendly and good customer service.

Professional and knows what they’re doing.
Trust your eyes with them.

Heaps mall parking.
Nice store location near the food court.
