Attempted to check my car in to have a look at front bumper. I arrived at a little after 4pm to be told the assessor had left for the day and I had to book an appointment for the assessment 3 weeks in advance during standard work hours. Pity there were no Saturday assessment available.

Brought my new car here after worrying about some panel alignment and failing ACT rego inspection. The staff member came out and was extremely helpful, even bent the panel back by hand to make it look good.
