I had the most humble, down to earth person come into my house to kill those german cockroaches. He was very polite and kind. Its waiting time for me. Hopefully they die and never come back. Thank you Chris for your service.

Used GC Post Control about 3 months ago as we noticed a fair few spiders and the occasional cockroach around the house. It seemed like the treatment was working well in the first 10 weeks or so, but by then, I found 3 more cockroaches and a spider crawling in the house in only a few days! I'm assuming due to the week long rain and hot weather, they were coming in for cover.
I made an enquiry in regards to the warranty and somebody came out to respray the house. The process was quick and easy and the guys have been friendly to deal with. Hopefully the treatment keeps the bugs at bay for the next few months.response / report this review -

I was very impressed with this company from the outset. They explained things to me in plain english and were very responsive to my questions. The treatment occurred on the day and time they told me and a full report was supplied after. Their follow up inspection was equally timely. I now feel more confident that the termite problem I had has been eradicated.

My first initial consultation over the phone was great, I was given all the relevant information about the costs involved, how to prep & what to expect before and after the treatment. On the day, we had the pleasure of being looked after by Jacob. He was courteous and respectful and arrived on time and took the time to explain what he was going to be doing and what to expect after the treatment. Jacob is an asset to the company and we will definitely use your services again as well as highly recommend your business to family and friends 😊
