  Such horrible experience to deal with them. Chris was fine about being sales consultant. But Glen who is the supervisor and take responsibility to do the fencing job at my place, he is no responsibility with what he said at all. He keep delayed to do his job for 1 month and half. He keep said that his staff will come to do and finish the job but so far nobody came. My fence is not complete and now is Christmas time. He even not reply to my message. Its such ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable to treat the customer like this. If you cannot do then dont say, it make your words doesn't have any value. I never see any such bad customer service like this so far. I wish i can put 0 star instead. Terrible service. We pays for the fee but now it like we have to chase them to ask them to do the job

  Met with quoter early September. Stressed wanted rails closer together than standard 90mm as it was to keep little dog in. Fence was to be on outside of letter box with cut out in panel to give postman access. Told would be installed in 6 weeks. Paid in full and met with project Manager following week. Again said about rails and where I wanted fence. Poles were put in without notice and in wrong place behind letter box, called Project manager decided to leave as didn't want the job delayed as move in date end October need fence installed on time. Called at week 6 no fence was told in manufacturing advised move in date said would be installed the week after. Called again as no fence, told again it was in manufacturing, same story the week after and week after that. Week 11 or 12 the panels arrived, standard 90mm and no cut out giving access to letterbox. Panels have been collected and poles were to be moved and fence installed within 2 weeks STILL WAITING. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE..
  WELL WELL WELL, We spoke to owner of business on 10th December advised panels being manufactured and they would move the posts to correct position and install today 23rd December. Panels delivered13.54pm no one installing fence called Project manager, no answer , left message and sent text asking for ETA and advising I would contact MBA and ACCC. Text message from project Manager held up on a job now to be installed on Tuesday 29th December .. HOPELESS..

  I have worked through a quote process with Chris and Nathan and the issues of negotiating with a neighbor who has proven to be very hard to get on with. The Adelaide Fence Centre has modified their quote on more than one occasion, been very flexible and understanding and easy to get on with.

  Got a bloke out for a quote, took time off work to meet at the house. 3 weeks later and still waiting for the quote, even after phoning to check they had the correct email. These people are obviously making way too much money.

  I found Adelaide Fence Centre by chance after obtaining a quote for aluminium gates (in a wood grain style) from another supplier. I quickly dropped in to see what they could provide. I was amazed to find they had a much bigger selection. Michael, the friendly customer service rep found time to talk me through the product options and the process. before the day was out he had emailed me a quote which was better than the competitor. I ordered my gates and a few weeks later they were installed by the extremely professional, friendly and responsive installer. A great service all round and great value for money. The gates themselves look fantastic!
