I have been a customer for 12 years, and have been reasonably happy with their service. Until recently, when a technician was in a hurry and did not complete the service correctly, the water filtration unit to the usual standard.
This caused the entire household a bad case of diarrhoea, cause from dirty gunk and water through the pipe not cleaned properly.
When brought this to the attention of the company, the same technician came out to clean it again and while doing so damaged one of the water pipes. This has left water damage under the sink, the owner of the company has assured me the problem is easily fixed, with an additional fee of $140.00 . So this company expects customers to pay for damages made by its own technicians.
The part that was damaged has been replaced for $1.20, by a plumber friend for free. It is extremely disappointing to have been a customer for 12 years, and was looking to have another water filtration unit installed, however will not be giving this company my business.

Communication was excellent, everything was explained to us in detail and it was this willingness to communicate with me that sealed the deal. Friendly, efficient and professional service at the most competitive price in Perth. We were tired of the national providers over-promising and under-delivering and decided on local after a good recommendation and really glad we did. Highly recommended. 10/10
