I was very happy with Fort Knox storage. They went out of their way to be helpful. Their service was very friendly and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I emptied my unit a few days after I had renewed for the month and they cheerfully and immediately refunded the unused portion of the rental. Great experience.

Selling house and moving is complicated and stressful. I was so pleased to meet Janet at Fort Knox who helped us juggle paperwork and combining lockers with a sense of calm we didnt have in the moment. Of course a change in plans mid move meant fixing contracts, lockers and movers - which all had to be done over the phone. No problem. We are moving everything to a container and shipping soon - thankfully I know Janet is there to take the calls. haha
