We tried many different formal stores before coming in to Formal Red and this place was the best. We worked with Ray, who was excellent. Even though we came without making an appointment he still took the time to talk to us and never made us feel rushed or under pressure. Crucially, he was willing to speak out and give us advice on what worked and what didn't, rather than just agree with whatever we suggested. The store is great, large spacious and well stocked and the team know their stuff - 5/5

The service at Formal Red was great, they were friendly and professional. I was hiring a suit for my wedding and you can imagine that I was quite particular about what I wanted and it needed to be perfect. The suit was high quality and you could not tell that it was a rented suit.

For any suit hire, don't waste your time with anywhere else. These guys are fast, they know their stuff, make alterations on the spot, have a massive space and huge selection—they are genuine—they know what they are doing and will have you in and out in no time. Top work.

I went to your store earlier today to get some help or information on hiring suits for a wedding. I said hello to the sales assistant, who was busy looking at his computer. He asked me if I had an appointment. I said, I had no appointment, but I thought this was a retail shop like the other hire outlets. But was told that this was not like any other shop. I did not like the attitude of the sales person, he looked disinterested and I was not offered any help or service, I felt unwelcome, so I walked out. You missed a sale and lost a customer. If an appointment is required, you should advertise it. Also find staff who can at least put on a smile and show
some interest.
I went to Black Tie Classic, and received excellent service, and the help I required.

Not a fan. Quotes given for suits online don't include all of what is pictured - they'll spring that on you later. Also mixed up the vests which went to the wrong people, and the jacket wasn't well cleaned.
The variety of suits is good, but it's about all they have going for them.

Thanks to all the hard working staff at Formal Red for there tremendous service leading up to our big day. All of the bridal party looked exceptional in their suits and my husband and I could not have been more happy. Thanks again Formal Red we will definitely be recommending you!!
