I do not recommend using Fig & Bloom’s services. The flowers I ordered were not the flowers received, even though they sent a photo to me before delivering and they were sent to a different address to the one I gave. When I raised this with them they were dismissive and downplayed the whole situation. I will not use their overpriced service ever again and recommend you don’t either.

UPDATE: The team reached out to me to offer a replacement bunch of flowers which I declined and so they processed a full refund. Jessie was very professional and apologetic. Although I won’t use their service again I can appreciate her making the effort to resolve the situation.

The service is outstanding! I have been a customer with this business multiple times, every time I have been so so happy. The flowers & gifts are always beautiful, they send me a photo of the final product and are always so efficient and lovely. I highly highly recommend! The night before, I ordered the extra large Osaka. They arrived in the morning, followed my delivery instructions perfectly (to call on arrival and then leave them outside the locked gate). The card was beautifully designed with a really whimsical font. The arrangement was incredibly impressive and definitely *extra large* (see second photo). They even sent a photo of the delivery. Super impressed.
