Went here to book a holiday for our 7 year anniversary and was told by the consultant she was too busy even though she had no customers. Glad I spent my money elsewhere. Poorest ever customer service I've had.

Staff are fine when everything goes well, but if you encounter a problem, be prepared for terrible service, ignored messages and broken promises. Not recommended.
