The three times I attended the Clarkson store, and then followed up with phone call, each of these times with different staff members, they were all friendly, attentive and gave excellent service. Will definitely be using them again!

Would be nice if they answered their phone. Even if they are busy at least answer it and say they will call you back. Oh well their loss of a potential sale.
