  One of the best tours I've ever taken,trip to the Pemberton, Margaret River & Busselton regions,the bus tour guides & drivers David & Andrew were very informative,they have immense knowledge about their job, thoroughly enjoyed every day of the trip, would highly recommend ADAMS.

  Care for other road users and safty of their passenger is a joke they run a car into a car causing it to hit a barrier the driver was very sympathetic and caring of the lady and helped where he could BUT there was none of that from their organization that was contactable to help out i personally will be making a point never to recomend them due to the COMPANIES attitude towards caring about it we will wait for business hours to attend this minor miss hap . It wasnt minor you just about killed someone and now the innocent lady cant go to work as ADAMS wrote her car off.

  I really enjoyed my trip to the pinnacles with Adams tour yesterday !
  
  I myself is a tour leader from Taiwan too, bringing tourists from Taiwan to Eastern Australia often, this time I came to WA for my own holidays and wishing to get more facts and information about WA and Australia of course. I googled and browsed a lot of websites before coming to WA and booked this trip, and I'm glad I booked Adams tour!
  They have very comfy buses with USB charging on board, wifi, and water! Also ,they have very good staffs, such as Ian.
  
  Ian, the couch captain , who has very good driving skills and he is also a very enthusiastic tour guide , full of information and has a good sense of humor .
  
  Due to my job, I've seen pretty much kangaroos and koalas, they are still cute for sure but the best part of the tour are the pinnacles, sand boarding and 4 wheel drive! I just can't express how happy I was. Thank you ADAMS ! Thank you Ian!

  We were lucky to have as our driver, Brian Johnson, a very well informed, cheerful and capable driver and tour guide on the full day Wave Rock Wilderness & Aboriginal Culture Tour on 3 November. It was as well that he was capable and knowledgeable as the bus had difficulties on the way back to Perth in the evening and it was only with the assistance of a passenger who was a diesel mechanic by trade that he overcame the problem and we made it back to our hotels without being too much over the advertised return time. We felt he could have been given a lot more support from head office staff despite the fact that the incident occurred outside of normal working hours. One of the passengers was a diabetic who was fast running out of her supply of glucose support so it could have been a medical emergency. Something for Adams administration to ponder - double check that your coaches have been correctly maintained mechanically instead of leaving it up to your hard-pressed drivers. They have enough to contend with in making sure their passenger manifest is correct and that they maintain their schedule, not to mention providing all support on the tours.

  Thank you very much. My friends and I enjoyed very much during our recent tour of WA. Our guide and driver, Dianne Webster was marvellous. Wiil definitely recommend Adams Pinnacle to my friends in Malaysia.

  I went with Adams Pinnacle Tours to Monkey Mia and Kalbarri. A fantastic three days adventure. It would have been potentially daunting as the tyranny of distance between one destination and another could have made the experience rather boring. Not with the Adams tour though
  
  Our fully air conditioned bus was cool and very comfortable. Better still, I could charge my phone and have access to internet almost the whole trip long (only in Kalbarri we couldn't get wifi. So if the landscape outside the windows would appear a little too monotonous for my liking, I was able to check my emails and put pics on the facebook in order to make my friends jealous.
  
  We also have a wonderful, caring, entertaining, informed, and friendly guide, David, who patiently kept answering my questions and fed us lollies - thank you for.David for making the tour even more special.
  
  All in all - I would recommend Adams tours to anyone and I will definitely be back. There is still so much to explore in WA, and doing it with Adams tours is a pleasure. (and no, they don't pay me a commission. In fact it was the first time I used Adams tours).
