  An extremely professional, efficient and perfect service. Paola was so nice and welcoming, never getting a wax anywhere other than Flawless Beauty Concept

  Paula you are a gem. Your facial treatments have really gotten my skin back on track, my pores are refined and the over waxed eyebrows are getting their shape back. And sooooo relaxing. Thank you.

  Excellent experience! I went for a Brazilian wax and I did not feel any pain. The technique Paula uses actually helps a lot. I am definitely coming back. Finally I found The place in Geelong for my waxing =D

  Not only a lovely and very welcoming atmosphere, but Paola at Flawless Beauty Concept is very talented beautician. I had been searching around the Geelong area for over three years after my last beautician moved interstate. Happy to report I am extremely happy with my service and couldn't recommend this business highly enough.

  I have recently started having facials at the Flawless Beauty Concept and I love how much clearer and glowing my skin is! Prior to seeing Paola I was confused by the many beauty products and services that are available, and I did not have an established beauty routine. Now Paola tailors my facials uniquely to my skin type and recommends particular products to use between facials. My skin is looking so much better and I’m always looking forward to my next visit to the beautiful (and very clean!!), relaxing treatment rooms at the Flawless Beauty Concept!

  Flawless beauty concept is a must visit for all your beauty needs! Paula is fabulous and a complete professional. Always pleasant and cheerful every time I see her, she has the talent to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, even during a waxing treatment.

  What an absolute dream experience I had on Friday at Flawless Beauty Concept! I wasn't exactly sure what I was in for but Paula guided me through it and I had an amazing facial.
  Everything was spotless, the salon is so warm and inviting, and Paula is friendly and professional.
  I'll be back in 6 weeks!
