The Fitzroys is a trustable Agent as I dealt with before. For my recently objection of over valued land tax, I really want to appreciate Fitzroys Valuation Manager Mathew Young who done fantastic job to get it successfully confirmed. Thanks again. We recently employed Mark Talbot of Fitzroys to negotiate a lease renewal with one of the
Big 4 banks and were delighted with the result and in particular his work ethic and professional manner.

Mark was able to generate a significant increase in the initial rental first
offered by this bank and was also able to convince the bank to exercising the options for the last
years of the lease.

When dealing with Mark , we found his demeanour and attitude to be extraordinarily
customer focussed , whether it be by phone or email contact .

Mark would always answer our many phone calls immediately , and responded to
our emails promptly and generally the same day .

We found Mark to be methodical and thorough in his dealings with us and the Bank ,
never one to rush thorough a task inefficiently . He is very measured in his approach
to each problem and issue , and his calm and assured manner is very reassuring.

We would have no doubts about utilizing his services again in the future.
