I wanted to give a rave review to the Technician that came to address the insect issues in my place. Alexander was super professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He even wore shoe covers when he entered my place. Rarely you see pleasant technicians these days like the one from Fast Pest Control.

The service provider that attended our home was extremely rude - they left to get more supplies and upon their return did not knock or establish contact - they just stormed through the house. The team member was immediately agitated after realising the job required more effort than initially suspected and tried to apply a higher fee than was quoted (even though, when booking, I described the pest problem in detail). I am pleased that the pests have been removed but am extremely disappointed in the attitude and manner of the staff member that had been assigned the task.

Was quoted $220 to for an annual pest control spray of our property. The size and scope of the job was explained prior to receiving the quote. The service was completed and we were charged $385 with no explanation as to the extra charges and I can't see anything unusual on the invoice. I have repeatedly contacted the company over the last month for an explanation of the extra charges, 5 times in total, (so far) and was told they would talk to their technician and not once has my call been returned or an explanation been given. Would not recommend using Fast Pest Control Melbourne, their after sales support is atrocious.

Customer service is something which is not focused by many companies but this company is different, they believe in providing the best customer service to their clients. I highly appreciate the whole team who is very responsive and are very friendly too. The team helped me with booking their best and economical pest control service. The pest controllers who arrived at my place also did an outstanding job. Their service is speechless. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful service.
