I came over to Australia with a highly complicated cryptocurrency investing and trading portfolio. I never realised that I had to declare this in my tax returns as I had never cashed out into my bank account. I soon discovered that every transaction is taxable irrespective of whether or not you cash out. I contacted Munro's in an outright panic and was put through to Cherie and explained everything to her. She immediately put me at ease and took control of my situation. From the start it was evident that I was in the care of a real professional tax consultant. I handed her a nightmare on a plate (3 years of highly complicated transactions) and she seamlessly worked through it. Other’s seem to have a lovely experience dealing with Munro’s so perhaps my experience is an isolated incident. I requested services regarding tax planning. I was grossly grossly overcharged. It is highway robbery to be charged an exorbitant sum for barely any work done. If you are looking for value for money, do not consider Munro’s.

If you like to feel important and feel like the matter that youre discussing is a big million dollar deal, then Munro’s is the one for you. For a simple tax matter, expect 2-3 folks sitting in on the discussion with you and believe me, you are likely billed by the hour for each and every guy sitting there, unnecessarily looking at his phone screen. I have now found similar (and better in quality) services at 15% of what Munro’s billed me. Further they are more attentive and conscientious. I will not be recommending Munro’s nor returning to Munro’s for any services.
