Awesome service! Eswa agreed to come to check my AC for me without call-out fee & showed up within 30mins!! Found out the issue & fixed it within 10mins! Very lovely to deal with & highly recommend! Will definitely use ESY KOOL again 👍

He is not trustworthy and after the installation he will not take care of the customer. I installed a ducted aircon through him.He made dodgy job and fault appears within the warranty time. He is not taking his responsibilities.

Esy Kool was very easy to deal with and very prompt. I had a suspect gas leak which was identified by another company which was going to cost a fair bit and sought to get a second opinion. Esy Kool came out, undertook a leak and gas test and identified only a minor issue and rectified it on the spot. I would recommend.

EsyKool, family business treats customers as families at a family fair rate. Met and chat with the lovely three generations when they are doing their fantastic work at my place. I would introduce them to everyone not only because of their professional skills but also their high ethical standard! Highly recommended!
