I took my van in to inquire about booking in for a minor repair under warranty. The guy I spoke to said he had a bit of time so he took it into the service area and fixed it on the spot. Great after sale service even though I didn't buy my van from this dealer.

Vehicle not serviced properly. "Checked tyres" according to service paperwork, they were not checked. Was not informed of additional costs involved in purchase until contract had been completed (2 minutes prior to signing). Attempted upsell due to 'safety issues' All windows come with Australian safety standards, the vehicle does not require tinting. Was also treated rudely when i mentioned this. I do not recommend.

Great service provided by Essendon Hyundai. Explain about the charges and the service in detail at the time of handover of car. Waiting area at the dealership was nice and clean. Offered a dropoff and pickup service from nearest shipping centre. Car got washed and vacuumed after service.

I took my Elantra for a Service at Hyundai Essendon and I was impressed with the quality of the service. It was really easy to book online and when I got there they were already waiting for me. The car was serviced within the time they told me it would take and I could see through one of the windows that everything was done properly. Their waiting lounge is pretty comfortable and I had a couple of coffees (for free) while I was waiting. I was also able to take my car at 7pm which was very useful for me. It is nice to see that the after sales service is as good as the service you get when you buy a car from them.
