Loved my visit. Despite the fact that most of the people working there looked to be in their early twenties (an age that often means people are completely disinterested in customers or being polite to people, it seems), they were all incredibly nice. My daughter (4), went up the tube slide twice only to get scared and walk down, and both times they were really understanding and supportive. When I went on the big slide with my two year old in arms, and my four year old by herself, the guy working there voluntarily grabbed our two donuts and said he'd drag them up for us.

The slides were great, and I love the maze. It's definitely somewhere I'll go back to, and I'd go by myself just for the tree surfing! It's pricey, but it's worth it - we took a picnic and sat down to eat (there are a number of picnic tables and grassy areas in the shade), and grabbed one of the $5 pick-and-mix lolly cups to share on the way out.

Great experience, and the customer service really made it!

A nice, simple place to bring the family for a walk to enjoy the gardens or the tree walk. The tube slide is also very popular and is a lot of fun.

A bit pricey if the whole family is going in but worthwhile if you get the 1 year subscription package if you're planning to come here more often.

Don't waste your time of you don't have kids. We paid $60 for two of us, and we literally just walked through groomed gardens.

The best part was the tube ride, but even the staff we're not enthused to turn the water on so we could go down it.

Like others have pointed out, it may be fun for your kids but you're money is better spent elsewhere if it's just adults.

Had a great day but my kid could of done without seeing all the boobs and penis hidden around the grounds. Art is fine in the right places but not in kids mazes that’s just odd

Quite a fun and nice place to spend a morning or afternoon. Really nice for family and young children. Adults can also enjoy as well as the mazes and activities suit both. The place is really well looked after

Been here twice as the kids love the tube slides, open mazes and open play areas.

There are a lot of activities to do here, tree surfing will take most of your time (2 hours), obstacle course, spring maze, and zip line for the adults and turf maze, hedge maze and children's maze for the kids.

You can comfortably spend a day here followed by Eagle Ridge chair cars. The cafe is of decent size with indoor and outdoor seating and equipped with a candy shop.

Things that could have been better- 3D maze and mirror house.

Note: its bit of a hike to the top for tube slides and you have to pull the tube up yourself. I managed to go up 5 times for my kid as i felt it was worth the effort.

Loved the park, and all the activities and amazing beautifully architectures landscape there.
One can buy a combo ticket, and start with tree surfing, remember to try all the 5 levels. One of them has got skate board zip line at the end. Then go for a walk and explore the beautiful gardens and wooden sculptures. Then go for the big zip line (200m). And the tube slides and maze gardens. Don't forget to take lots of pics. And there's a cafe to relax and enjoy coffee and food.

We absolutely love this place. Strolling around the gardens is magical, there are so many beautiful varieties of plants to see. It's picturesque. Lots of activities for the whole family. Our kids are too young for the treetop activities so we'll be back when they're older to try all of those out. The maze is fantastic!

Absolutely gorgeous. A fun filled garden filled with serenity and peaceful for those wanting to relax and unwind while the kids have a blast being as active as ever. However I thought the prices for all entry and all the rides are a bit too expensive

What a fun place for our kids and us big kids. We had a wonderful day in the summer holidays, the guys who ran the zip line that day, Liam and I can't remember the other lovely guys name, were amazing with my autistic daughter in giving her specialised instruction as I'd requested.
    Thank you

Our family loved this place. The tree surfing and zip lining was tonnes of fun for all, especially mum and dad! There was so much to see and do in the park, we couldn't even get through it all. We will be visiting again. Although, next time we might pack our own lunch. Some of the cafe food wasn't so great on the day we were there.

Wow, we have two young kids and were very impressed. So much to do. We brought our own picnic lunch which I recommend. It's expensive for a family to get in but worth it if you plan to spend the day. We will definitely be going back again next year.

Fantastic day out with the family. 5 adults 3 children and we ran out of time. 2 Adults and the 2 kiddies did the nipper tree surfing, eldest grandson did the next one up, they had an absolute ball. Loved every minute of it. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Gardens are beautiful. Staff are fantastic, they are full of encouragement and gentle persuasion. We all had a great day and look forward to coming back.
