Great customer service. Excellent tea so far. Have tried two Oolong teas, very aromatic and fresh. These premium teas are worth the extra $$.

This tea, and the owners/managers as well, is the best I've come across. So many delightful flavours, and it all comes from a wealth of knowledge due to the father and son team of Hilary and Nigel. My favourite is the English breakfast, but really, the whole range is delightful.
