We have ordered a fair bit here over the few years we have been in the area and there are definitely some inconsistencies. I know this because we order the same two dishes every time. The Raita is delicious, the butter chicken is just how we like it (creamy, slightly sweet and full-flavoured) most of the time. Sometimes it feels a little less full-flavoured. The lamb korma when made well is amazing and the lamb is mostly soft and tender with the odd tough/overcooked pieces. I like my korma creamy and slightly sweet but sometimes they make this quite salty with no hint of sweetwhen I make mention of it, they always sound surprised but it has happened several times over the years and every now and then I will get a great one. Also, I have had to drive back to the restaurant a couple of times when I have returned home to find a mistake in my order ie missing rice or a dish was wrong only to be told "sorry" with a lovely smile but no compensation. Not bad customer service as they are always friendly but a bit of compensation to keep a repeat customer wouldn't go astray.
