Best about this place are the various excercise classes,the gym and outdoor pool.
Indoor pool can be overcrowded at times
Staff are mostly good courteous except for a couple
Price structure got Unfair and stiff.You even need to pay fee for temporary suspension or cancellation.These aren't stipulated when members joined few years back,not sure if they just introduced this bit.
When pools are reserved for school children or training ,this should be stipulated at point of membership applications so everyone is aware of this schedule
Cafe was excellent post covid. But now the food is limited
This is a great place with lots of potential but has deteriorated in last 3 years or so.

Such a nice and clean centre. The amenities are fantastic and quality. The pools are clean and have plenty of life guards present reassuring you that you’re safe.

My daughter has a bad experience with them, the teacher changed 4 times in the last 2 months and my little one doesn't like to swim with the new teacher so each time we miss half a session for introduction and getting familiar with the new teacher. and when I complained about that they just said something about ther commitments of the teachers which is unacceptable.
it is a big swimming pool with big pools, so busy and good for little kids to play but the swimming lessons are far behind the other pools.
My daughter could not hear the teacher as it is so noisy and the swimming lines for the lessons and public swimming are in the same pool so sometimes other people who are playing in water just cut the kids swimming as they throw their toys to the other parts of the pool and distract kids.

The outdoor pool is great on a hot day, but the indoors can get a little busy. Showers could get a little warmer too at least in the kids and baby change rooms, too cold for toddlers but overall is a good experience

A nice leisure Centre, clean and well managed and maintained. variety of facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, gym area, plenty of parking spaces, etc. There is also a cafe with drinks and snacks next to the pools, and a nice deck to sit at and have your coffee.
