A great laid back venue with a cosy front bar area (with live music early on Saturday evenings) and a nice beer garden out the back (with table tennis!). The food is tasty and and a decent range of drinks (especially beer). The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We go there once a month for Mrs Smith's trivia (which is held every week). Great little pub with excellent outdoor area. The trivia nights are fantastic - really enjoyable hostess and great fun. Going back tonight!

Had stomach issues for a few days after having their chicken burger and seventeen pints of beer. Probably should check the cleanliness of their fryer. Would recommend to friends otherwise. They have a shipping container

Early 20th century toilets barely kept clean and that smell of urine is permanent it seems as I have been back and no change at all. If you like hygienic amenities avoid the Castle

No Carlton draft on tap, No chunky type chips. A great vibe in the place, though, and the Coburg lager and fries went down swell in the warmth of the beer garden.
This place has a pool room, Ping pong room, dining room, front bar with live music and specials most nights of the week.

Used to have 2 for 1 main meals and i used to go there at Least once a week. First time coming back since they removed the two for one deal and the food is still delicious just damn expensive! great selection of drinks on tap including ginger beer!!
