If you want a POS which asks you to pay $500 upfront before assisting you with any simple questions, then you’ve found the right place. Horrible service. Only wants your money.

Worst machines! They will charge you for support!
$399 online and remote access $286 total :$685 to fix their faulty machines, I’ve only had the machine for 1 month and it’s playing up. Don’t get it people trust me

Ordered a twin POS setup (master & slave ) on Thursday. My new business went live the following Wednesday. Nathan was Excellent in delivering the system on time ready to be installed on the Tuesday (Melb Cup Day)
Nathan responded to our calls for assistance with the setup thruoghout the day and after hours.
I would highly recommend his POS systems and his personalized service.

We ordered some Square POS systems and printer for a hospitality business. I received a call and a message from Nathan, who picked up instantly that the Receipt printer we ordered was not compatible with Square. He recommended the appropriate printer within the same price bracket, talked me through how I was planing to connect, made sure everything would work together and organised the revised invoice almost immediately. Fantastic Service.

Purchased a NeoPOS system through EasyPOS. Was very competitively priced after shopping around found it was exactly stuited for my cafe and right from the start Nathan had been very helpful by going out of his way to organise the product to me faster. It's now 4 months later and service doesn't cease to impress. With updates and exceptional support, system is reliable and quick.
