  Overall not impressed. were 45 minutes late after being assured that they would be on time (twice). Damage to two items and conflicting information regarding when I was going to be charged from.

  Exceptional moving experience! We have moved at least 5 times in the last 5 years, and the communication, mover attitudes and responsiveness was stand out. Damien the moving man made the whole experience fun and was extremely competent in his work. Would recommend and will use again!

  A HUGE thank you to EasyMove, and especially my movers Darren and Damien for being so professional, prompt and careful with the recent move of my house.
  I had initially booked another moving company who cancelled on me with 12 hours notice. I called EasyMove Services and within 15 minutes they were able to confirm movers to come at the same time as I had initially planned and get everything completed for me, so I didn't need to take more time off work. Darren and Damien were amazing! Turned up on time, were polite and worked really fast to get everything done for me.
  I would highly recommend to anyone - book EasyMove first time and save yourself any extra stress from other companies!!!

  I selected EasyMove services based on Google reviews. However my experience was not good to start with the booking was for 2 PM on Friday and the guys did not turn up. So I called number of times 1300 number. Finally received call from John, telling me that there was confusion about date and time, inspire of receiving email confirmation two days before. After John arranged two guys and they reached at 3.25 PM, almost 1 1/2 hours late. As a result the moving job was started when it was raining which could have been avoided if the job was started at 2 PM. There was no rain till 3.10 PM.
  
  As the moving was started late when it was raining, the carpet on stairs was soiled with mud. Although movers were good but they had to be reminded to take care while moving furniture.
  
  At the drop location, due to rains the furniture got little wet.
  
  To my shock, the movers stopped unloading after 80% unloading was completed as they were informed not to unload till the balance payment is transferred. This was frustrating to me and shows unprofessional approach by EasyMove.
  
  I had transferred money using bank transfer but the movers were told not to unload till transaction snapshot is not shown. The bank app did not reflect complete details somehow (which I don’t understand). I showed to movers the transaction records with correct amount but EasyMove was not ready to accept it. Finally I transferred with credit card.
  
  The job which could have been completed in 2 1/2 hours max took 4 hours due to rain, etc.
  
  I was expecting EasyMove to offer substantial discount after delays from their end but I was offered $25 discount.
  
  Overall I am not happy and would avoid using them next time definitely. Sorry John I am not happy at all. You have been supportive in following up on checking bank transaction. Thanks for that

  Thank you John for managing a good hard working team, trying hard to win our business, calling, communicating and making us feel comfortable using your services for the first time. Your 'legend' team Mao, Emanuelle and Eduardo moved pianos and large cabinet/furniture safely as expected.
  They were strong, efficient, professional, respectful and had good sense of humour. Have already recommended your company to a friend and will use your services again with the next move. All the best.
