Ethan and Get n Go Removals have helped me move three times now. He is very responsive and a great communicator. Everything is moved and packed with care, and wrapped to protect everything for the drive. Even still - he is so efficient! Ethan also considers the small things like hooking up a washing machine and making sure the fridge is plugged in before it’s moved into the cavity. It seems that nothing is too much trouble, I’ll never use anyone else to move. Highly recommend.

I booked Get n Go for a afternoon pickup on Friday and was advised they will show up around 11-2pm depending on what time they finish their first job. All was clear before the moving day.

On the day of the move, I get a call at 9:54am and Ethan is 15-20 minutes away, I advised him I’m not home yet and I’ll be another 20-25 minutes. I finally arrived at the house around 10:25am and the move quickly starts.

Ethan and his co-workers are friendly, efficient and fast. No issues, great guys.

Once we arrive at the new property, we discover the washing machine and dryer was left at the old premises, this meant that they had to go back and forth which added another 20-30 minutes to the overall time. The job was completed at 1:21pm. I was a charged a total of 3.5 hours (however a job starting from roughly 10:30-1:30 is only 3 hours total). I asked Ethan if I should be charged the extra 20-30 minutes for collecting the washing machine and dryer and he responded by saying that they used a bigger truck (if they used a smaller truck it meant a second trip would’ve been required) and they didn’t charge me extra for stairs. My hesitation with the 3.5 hour charge is that I don’t know if I was charged from the moment they arrived at my house (which was earlier then advised) and they waited roughly 15-20 minutes before I arrived and I can’t say for certain that a smaller truck wouldn’t of been able to fit all my items, also noting I did request a smaller truck)

The guys were awesome, no question there however I’m not satisfied with the overall pricing and error due to their side. I would recommend but make sure you do your due diligence so no errors are made and timing is within the specified timeframe.
