  Excellent experience using East Coast Car Hire, we had flight changes and they were very accommodating and super chill and understanding. Form booking to pick up and then drop off the staff were lovely and made the process smooth and easy. The car itself was also super clean, everything worked and we had it for 9 days and it was a breeze. Also they were the cheapest car hire place we found so couldn’t be happier.

  Combined price of car hire and insurance was still cheaper than other companies just on car hire. Free airport pickup and drop off service was convenient.
  
  No hassle when picking up the car and dropping it off earlier. Will be using their services again next time.

  Very impressed with this company. It's the first time I've used them and Adelaide airport staff were helpful, with no problems at all in hiring our small car and returning it.
  The hire rate was better than the more well-known companies I rang for quotes, and included no excess and unlimited kms.

  The vehicle seemed well priced, however when collecting our vehicle in Adelaide the price almost doubled! Ridiculous! The person behind the counter didn't consult us on what we would like simply saying "you must have this cover". I don't like not knowing the cost and having unexpected add ons. Wouldn't use East Coast Car rentals again unless nothing else was available and I was desperate. At least now I know to double the price I see online.
  The customer service over the phone was fast and efficient, so credit to them here. I also liked the idea of a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The drivers were nice and the vehicle supplied was fine overall. Simply the astronomical costs popping up to bite you on pickup of said vehicle let's them down.

  East Coast had excellent communication regarding pick up and transfer from the airport, time of arrival etc. The car was very clean, pick up process was quick and efficient with photos of car so there could be no dispute about damages and staff were polite and helpful. It was also very good value. Highly recommended
