Excellent customer service from the first phone call.
Steve provided all the details and photos of the door and screens I was looking at.
I had Brenton come and do the final measurement 3 days later.
Polite, great prices, 10/10.

Couldn't have asked for more. Family run business. So lovely to speak directly with staff and get the expert guidance. The installers were professional and efficient and I am so glad I had the shutters installed, mainly for insulation, but now they look great and the house feel so much more protected.

From quote to installation the service was amazing. Loving the quality finish and would recommend to anyone wanting outdoor blinds. Very reasonable and competitive price too.

Got some outdoor blinds/shutters and a front Security door, had a couple of minor imperfections from the Manufacturer but they got on top of it and fixing them straight away, 10/10 for price and for the girls in the office.
the Communication from Brenton is also a 10/10, cant fault i will be going through them again when i get more outdoor window shutters .

From the day that I sent in an online query it has been nothing but a smooth process; from visiting the showroom to look at samples for our curtains, blinds and security doors to the measure and install. This whole process took about 4 weeks. The installers, Brenton and Ethan were very professional, on time and made sure the final product was what we had purchased. There was a tiny pinhole tear in our blind and we had a replacement and installation of a new one in less than 24 hours. Our sheer curtains and roller blinds look amazing and have made our rooms more beautiful. Our complete blockout blinds do their job and the remote controls are an added bonus! Our security doors don't look out of place with the rest of the house. I cannot recommend them highly enough; good quality products, fair prices and professional staff who know their stuff. We are really happy with our purchase. Thank you.

Extremely rude installer who refused to recognise that his work wasn't level, even after 2 independent trades doing other jobs in my home checked with spirit level. Also refused to measure up for a blind for a new sliding door that was being installed, even though the door was exactly the same size as old door. Installer had a real arrogant attitude and trwated me like I was an idiot. In the end I gave up and got rest of our blinds elsewhere. Would not recommend !!!

One of our blinds came off overnight (in our 13mth olds room). My wife is also 37 weeks pregnant causing significant stress if our son was unable to sleep during the day. Doors, blinds and shutters went out of their way
and made a massive effort to come and fix the issue promptly and professionally.

I initially bought a security a security door from Doors Blinds and Shutters and it went smoothly and as ordered. As I was happy with the service, I ordered two sets of plantation shutters from them. They told me the the product would be ready in 8 weeks. 10 weeks passed and I hadn't heard from them so I contacted them and they advised that the shutters would be installed the following week. The following week they effectively installed the shutters. However, the shutters were totally different from what I ordered, different colour, design and missing parts. I contacted their sales department requesting the correct shutters were installed and they advised that they would contact the manufacturer and would get back to me. This was over two months ago and I still haven't heard from them. All in all, it has been 4 months since the order was placed and no resolution has been offered.
