Empty shelves and poorly maintained. Save time and don't bother visiting. Better off going to Harvey Norman, Good Guys etc.

Sold an appliance on their website they didn't actually have in stock and bluntly refused to do anything about it.

Called to ask about a dryer, guy said it wasn't in stock, plus couldn't tell me when it was in stock. Told me he had to call head office on Monday to find out. Then I asked if they price match, he said he couldn't do it in store but they might be able to online. Dude definitely missed an opportunity to sell me a dryer because his process was all about saying everything was dependent with head office and online.

Very very good staff. They chased up a warranty to confirm we can get it. One staff member then delivered our fridge and washing machine. He arrived right on time. Friendly, polite, then brought products up elevator and helped install, for free, plus gave advice. He also cared about not ruining floorboards and walls,when fitting the products into apartment. Absolutely first class behaviour and business conduct.
